Use query functionality in Ixa to generate prevalence report

Edit: the ixa issue referenced is used for incidence tracking not prevalence tracking and is unrelated to this issue, but is related to #111

Its unclear beforehand if querying is more efficient than the previous implementation without running benchmarking.

The query implementation iterates over all combinations of age, infection status and symptom status querying the population each period.

For each approach make profile-large and make profile-xl run
Querying: 18.5 seconds and 7 minutes 50 seconds
Hashmap/data plugin: 15.6 seconds and 6 minutes 32 seconds
