What Does This PR Do?
This PR adds to the readme to add some details on how to set up debugging in vscode.
Additionally, since I couldn't test this without fixing a runtime error, I've fixed that runtime error.

I verified by setting
useDefaultDataButtonto true, and then setting a breakpoint atindex.ts:104, and clicking "Load default data" on the client.
