CSCTTV-3921 Keycloak SAML mapper update. Mydata backend ORCID account linking update.

• Update custom SAML mapper: Convert input string to uppercase before calculating hash. Remove deprecated dependency.
• Update my data backend: In ORCID account linking parse Keycloak's user model JSON into ASP.net Core model. When updating the user in Keycloak, send full JSON model instead of just modified parameters.
• In Keycloak Docker build use new custom SAML mapper JAR-file.
• Add development Dockerfile for building the JAR-file in a container. Using this, the developer doesn't need Java environment in local machine.
