Summary

Add docs/SPECTRAL_DUAL_LABEL.md documenting density-law target_alpha vs derived rank-order exponent μ_rank ((1/(α-1))), and reserve q/Q for Marchenko–Pastur aspect ratio. Link from README and SCIENTIFIC_INTEGRITY_POLICY.

Why

Dual-label confusion (density α vs rank exponent vs MP q) is a recurring joint-table bug. Logging (#128) helps; prose vocabulary still needed.

Definition surface

Docs only. Public control remains density target_alpha only.

Test plan

Out of scope

Changing adapter math; making rank exponent independently scannable; efficacy claims.

Class B: document public target_alpha vs derived rank-order exponent, reserve
MP q/Q for aspect ratio. No control or default changes.
Add μ_entry vs μ_rank vs MP q collision box, VHT α=1+μ/2 boundary,
eigenvalue/SV note, and CSN finite-n caveats. Class B docs only.
