• Each subfolder in progress_logs/ corresponds to a project/repository; use date-stamped files for incremental updates.
• Use research/findings/ for storing and versioning research papers, summaries, and observations.
• All compliance, IP, and authorship confirmations must be logged in ethics_narrative/compliance.md.
• All contributions and documentation must adhere to the repository’s strict code of confidentiality and IP protocols.
