Avoid importing urlquick before xbmc modules are on the python path, because it initialises differently if it can't find xbmc.

Primarily updated fake-xbmc with some stubs and mock implementations to support the modules import test with the current CUTVM.
This should be enough to successfully run the automated test on PR's to the CUTMV repo, but does a decent job on other tests as well.
