Closes #2784: Fairchivisation of maven modules

The first stage of the fairchivisation:

• maven modules
• deployment artifacts
• installation and development scripts

Most of the changes are due to directory renames only and won't change the file content history.

Todo once merged:

• Adjust jenkins builds
• Use the new artifact names in existing extensions
• Communication of name change to admins

Looks ok. I assume that changes in some of the js, xsd files (like: jquery.matchHeight.js) with high number of changed lines are some whitespace changes.

Do we plan to rename the java packaging in the next steps or do we want to keep it like it is now?

Yeah, looks like some files were initially imported with windows newlines CRLF and the renaming changed everything to use LF.

Do we plan to rename the java packaging in the next steps or do we want to keep it like it is now?

We do intend to rename java packages as well.
