Summary

Upgrade to pydantic V2.
[WIP] Update test taskdocs in tests/data.

Additional dependencies introduced (if any)

Requires atomate2 >= 0.0.12, emmet-core>=0.71.0

TODO (if any)

Checklist

Code is in the standard Python style.
Run pycodestyle and flake8
on your local machine.
Docstrings have been added in the Google docstring format.
Run pydocstyle on your code.
Tests have been added for any new functionality or bug fixes.
All existing tests pass.


          DEV: Update to pydantic 2. Need to regenerate taskdocs for testing.
