- rework elasticsearch_metrics.util.timeparts with a strategy
- rework elasticsearch_metrics.util.timeseries_naming for cleaner parsing
- add timeseries-index expiration
- add djelme_indexes management command
- add expiration tests
- update docs
- assorted tidying
- bump version to 2026.0.6
