WDPM version 2.0

Version 2.0 has been greatly improved

• many bug fixes
• single executable for GUI and non-GUI
• GUI now uses Python 3
• use of a zero depth threshold allows much faster execution
• validation scripts are now provided to test the program
• CMakelists.txt now provided to create the Makefile, to make compilation simpler
