Add scope/plot mode

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
For debugging of connected hardware it would be useful to get a log of the voltage and current versus time.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a graph in which you plot the voltage and current over time much like a scope. Use the knob to change time scale/division.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using the USB-C to send the data to a PC for display. Much less convenient and useful.

Logging is available today. You just need to open the serial port. Although note that to get logging via connected to a charger, you will need to open up the device and use the programing pogo pins.

For graphing, we are probably reaching the display size constrain here. But I'll see what we can do

Agreed. However I do not expect amazingly high resolution, I am old. 😉
