This is more a feedback than a bug report as you provided all files to print a new casing.
You might want to consider to use another (higher quality?) filament for your production units as the one I got recenty feels like it has a glue cover. May be some kind of degradation or dissolving over time. May be due to the storage conditions or whatsoever.
May be I the only one affected by this?
