Some final remarks above comments:
- Two many sections, sections should make it easy to separate information but docs should still read nicely
- The "How it works and security can probably be put together in a paragraph/bullet list
- Take out prerequisites, the only thing you have to specify is included is they have docker installed on their machine and you can put that in a paragraph somewhere.
You want to get straight to the point with devs but make sure you are giving them enough information along the way
