This PR introduces the Community & Social Facilities page to the dashboard.

Changes

  1. Dashboard Update
  • Added new category "Community & Social Facilities" with icon 🤝.
  • Updated navigation logic so clicking it opens /en/community-social.

  1. New Page Creation
  • Created page with hero image, Civic & Administrative Facilities and Educational Facilities sections.
  • Facility cards include images, names, and clickable links to external resources.
