This update is big, because the website finally has a domain, we added some new commands, and we made a donation page!

Donation System

• New Kofi Donation Page with goal, banner, etc. https://ko-fi.com/chatcool
• Donation page is advertised on the website, top.gg, and discord server.
• Informed users on Discord Server about the donation page

Bot Changes

• Added twitch stats command
• Major bug fixes in image category
• Fixed the pokemon command
• Help Command has been updated with the donation button

Website Changes

• NEW domain name as chatcool-bot.xyz
• Removed the statuspage because it was not working and replaced it instead with ChatCool's GitHub release page so people can know what is included in each update
• Updated Profile Pictures for the reviews and team members
• Also added the new donation section on the website, including a button on the bottom left, and a special texture for it on the footer
• Updated the Terms of Service with the donating agreement

GitHub Changes

• Verified the organization with the chatcool-bot.xyz domain
• Updated the organization READ.ME with the banner and the total view count

Advertisment Changes

v1.3 of ChatCool has arrived!

Similar to the last update, a new category and some extra updates have been added!

Website Changes

• PRIVACY POLICY has been updated with the new notepad category data that is stored
• ChatCool team profile pictures have been updated as long as the profile pictures of the people who reviewed the bot.

Bot Changes

• New notepad category has beem added with 10 commands total.
• This category does not need moderators to set it up, and can be done by anyone individually.
• You can make an embed setup, edit an embed setup, check embed setup settings, and delete an embed setup.
• Also, use /notes create and /notes view to create notes and view notes.
• Additionally, use /notes replace to replace the content of a note and /notes remove-one to delete the most recent note
• Lastly for the notepad category, you can get a guide to styling notes with /notes styling and also delete all notes with /notes delete-all
• The new category has been updated to the help command
• Math Command was removed due to how laggy it was.
• Anime command removed due to issues with NSFW filtering

A new category, and some other new stuff has been added!

Website Changes

• PRIVACY POLICY has been updated with the new suggestions category data that is stored

Bot Changes

• New Suggestions category added with 10 commands total.
• Similar to the birthday category, only mods can set it up
• You can edit/delete a suggestion
• Mods can accept, deny, maybe, or send a custom response to any suggestion
• Updated the help command with the new category
• 5 new minigames have been added: 2048, calculator, trivia, wordle, and wouldyourather
• 2 new information commands were added: pickuplines and periodic-table
• Coneect 4 command has been fixed!

Advertising Changes

• The new suggestions category has been added to the top.gg bot description
• The same description was also updated on the Discord App Directory too

v1.1 has been released!

Quite a few things updates are important in this version. Now, lets start.

VERY Important

• ChatCool has officially been VERIFIED by DISCORD!!
• A new CATEGORY has been added for this version!

Website Changes

• Users are now redirected back to the servers page if they try to access an invalid server.
• Links to the bot's top.gg voting page have been added to each Footer across the website.
• PRIVACY POLICY has been updated with the new birthday category data that is stored

Bot Changes

• A button is now visible on the help command that redirects to the partners page on the website.
• Created the /bday setup, /bday setup-edit, and the /bday setup-delete commands for the birthday category.
• Added a Manage Channels permission check for all the setup commands on the bot.
• The new /bday set, /bday check, /bday delete, and /bday list commands have been made.
• Also added a check to see if there is an active setup on all bday commands except the cake search, wishes, and gifts.
• Made a cake image lookup command along with a bday gift ideas command & bday wishes command thought of by us.
• Help Command has been updated with the birthday category.

• The bot ad posted on adsreference.com has been deleted
• The top.gg and Discord App directory bot description has been updated with the new category.

🎉 Version 1

After one year since the bot's creation, we have reached v1.

What's been added? TOO MANY THINGS.

• Dashboard with login that displays homepage, servers you share with the bot + moderate, and the server info & your permissions.
• Home Page Added with bot features, dashboard, invite, status, stats, reviews, docs, team, and footer!
• Other New Pages: Partners, FAQ, Docs, Status, Privacy, and Terms
• 404 Page: Cool Lightbulb animation swinging back and forth with an animated home page button
• Designing: New Designs made for each home page category, low quality images for now.
• Styling: All pages have been styled including the dashboard, guilds, and guild overview
• Fatal Errors: Fatal login errors have been successfully patched for the new version
• Status Page: Changed from Instastatus to UptimeRobot.
• Partnerships: One partnership gained with Thinkright's Hangout
• OVERVIEW: This might not seem like too much, but the website didn't EXIST before v1, so a lot of work was put in.

Now let's look Bot Wise:

• ALL Commands Moved To SLASH: This makes the bot eligible for verification
• Sub Commands: The Bot now has sub-groups such as overlay, giveaway, discord, etc.
• New Categories: Giveaway Category has now replaced Soundboard for now
• Bug Fixes: Giveaway Bugs, Image Overlay Bugs, and have been fixed!
• Bot Mods: Bot Moderators can now blacklist/whitelist users & servers.
• About Me: Bots about me has been updated to look more user friendly
• Rate Limits: The bot now logs rate limits and how they were caused and where they came from

Introducing Version 0.9!

Whats new?
A whole lot of things, ranging from bot organization, new commands and categorys, and even a **startup **on the bot dashboard.

Activities/Games:

Added about 10 new Games to the bot on text channels.

Discord Activity (Part of Activity Category):

Added 13 Discord Together Activity Games which are ***only ***playable on VC.
Use >help-activs to **see **all the new game commands!

Utilities:

New commands such as QR Code, Encoding and more were added to the main utility page.

Text Manipulation (Part of Utilities Category):

14 Commands total, this sub-category has **zalgo **conversions, **speech **conversions, discord text conversions, and more!

Sound Board (Still in Beta):

Yes its small, and only has 3 commands.

For now, it displays the sound duration, file type, and download link.
▶️ Soon, it will be able to join you in VC and actually PLAY the sound!

Dashboard:

I cant really call it a dashboard, but its getting somewhere!
Right now, you can **login **with your Discord Account onto the website and it displays your user, tag, avatar, and a logout button.
