Description

This PR contains the bug-fix for Checkmarx AST plugin. The plugin experienced critical filter persistence issues that prevented filters from being properly saved and restored across IDE restarts.

Testing

Test 1: First Launch

• Defaults severity and custom state filters initialized and persisted to storage

Test 2: User Selection

• Changes synced immediately, reflected in UI in real-time and Persisted on shutdown
  Restored on restart

Test 3: Multiple Restarts

• Settings survive multiple restarts and consistent behaviour across sessions

Test 4: Always initialize severity and custom state filters
