0.0.0.0:9000 default parameter in the vscode plugin will not Work under Windows

Hello,

In the vscode plugin, by default the value of the oasis server is http://0.0.0.0:9000 but it should be http://localhost:9000 or http://127.0.0.1:9000 to be more portable.

Hi, sorry for the delay, I haven’t been too active in this project.

Thanks for the hint, I was not aware of this. If I do more work in this repo I will address this issue - not sure yet what is the future for this project.
