This should be merged and released on Monday, February 16, 2026.
Removes references to the EOL'ed M1 and M2 Mac resource classes as announced in https://circleci.com/changelog/deprecation-of-mac-m1-and-m2-resource-classes/.
All of the removed Xcode versions are ones that are not available on M4.
