Added the ability to install Proxmox OS via CIMC in addition to ESXi OS

  • Docker image updated to include Proxmox ISO utility
  • New API for submitting Proxmox jobs (Other functions, like updating job status, work on Proxmox jobs)
    • Proxmox to update job to 'finished' after installing, similar to ESXi hosts.
  • New API for viewing Proxmox ISO files
  • "Proxmox Install" page
  • ISO upload page updated to allow Proxmox ISO uploads
