  • add ThreadSafeCache to provider
  • add ThreadSafeCache to all resources
  • add and implement use_cache and cache_rest_endpoint flags to some resources, to utilize cache and speed up refresh in case of huge volume of resources

(due to new generate tag, resource with added cache has to be removed to work with it. Or the new tag has to be added manually)
