Feature Request: Implement an MCP Server for Cisco OpenVuln API

Description
Per customer requests, this issue proposes the development and integration of an MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server to act as an intermediary for the Cisco OpenVuln API. This server will enhance the current Cisco OpenVuln API by providing a structure way to provide Cisco security vulnerability data to AI models and AI applications.

The MCP server must provide secure access to the Cisco OpenVuln API, ensuring only authorized users or services can retrieve vulnerability data.

While a native MCP server for OpenVul would certainly be valuable, many organizations can achieve similar outcomes today by exposing normalized vulnerability data and analysis artifacts through existing MCP-enabled workflows. For example, a Python-based collector can query OpenVul, enrich the results with local device inventory and software versions, then publish structured reports that MCP clients can consume for AI-assisted analysis and prioritization.
