What was done

• Adds read-only user permission to view unpublished area and project content.

How to install

• Make sure your instance is up and running latest version of dev-branch
  • git checkout dev && git pull origin dev
  • make fresh
• Switch to feature branch
  • git fetch && git checkout UHF-12739
• Run code updates
  • composer install
  • make drush-deploy drush-locale-update drush-cr

How to test

•  Log in as a super user and create a new user with read-only permission only.
• Edit for example this project and unpublish it: https://helfi-kymp.docker.so/fi/kaupunkiymparisto-ja-liikenne/kaupunkisuunnittelu-ja-rakentaminen/suunnitelmat-ja-rakennushankkeet/satamatunneli
• Edit for example this area and unpublish it: https://helfi-kymp.docker.so/fi/kaupunkiymparisto-ja-liikenne/kaupunkisuunnittelu-ja-rakentaminen/uutta-helsinkia-rakentamassa/vuosaari
• Log in with the newly created user and make sure you are able to see the unpublished area and project content.
• Check that the code follows our standards.
