MCGalaxy GUI refresh

• Adds hi-DPI support to most windows and dialogs. It should no longer appear as blurry on some monitors.
• The main window can now be maximized; everything will scale accordingly.
• Reorganized, realigned UI elements, and fixed scaling in settings window
• In settings window, password fields are now actual password fields and not hidden as asterisks (*)
• Changed console and log textboxes font to Courier New
• Reworded some dialogs
• On some dialogs (notably color selector) will respond to shortcut keys, such as Esc = Cancel and Enter/Return = OK
• Updated copyright from 2022 to 2024 2025, now in a very useful commit
• Added JetBrains Rider files to gitignore

Issues that I haven't been able to resolve so far

• Port forwarding, edit text, color/token selector, custom command dialog will not scale properly above 100%
• Visual Studio 2019 creating files (.resx) that currently does not exist in the repository. I excluded them from the first commit, but can add if needed
