Initial doc for Materia TS

This PR adds the documentation for the new Materia TS add-on.

It creates a new page, content/doc/addons/materia-ts.md, which:

  • Introduces Materia TS as a serverless time series database.
  • Explains that it is built on top of the Warp 10 engine.
  • Provides technical details, endpoint information, token usage, and limits (adapted from the existing Warp 10 documentation).
  • Includes relevant macros and consumption helpers.
