The state field was missing the plan modifier, causing Terraform to show "state = Running -> (known after apply)" on every plan even with no changes.

The ClickPipe state field was missing the UseStateForUnknown() plan modifier, causing Terraform to show state = "Running" -> (known after apply) on every plan even with no changes.
