Adds a full example for connecting to ClickHouse via GCP Private Service Connect, following the same structure as the existing AWS and Azure private endpoint examples.
Also updates CI to support GCP infrastructure credentials (Workload Identity Federation) and resource cleanup for tests that create GCP resources.
