"Janathan" is a fork from Jan, looking to tweak/focus deployment for clinical medical / primary case usages, or those agacent. Open source. Alternative to ChatGPT that can runs 100% offline or pointed to local or remote LLMs of your choosing. This is expected to be largely repackaging in a way accessible to physicians and other care providers looking to make use of "local" and other specifically configured settings and extensions optimized for easy of use by the non-technical, and confidentiality.
