LGTM!
note: i refactored the ci to use uv instead of pip for performance and cached dependency installation and added ruff to dev dependencies. also cleaned up __pycache__ files and added a good gitignore.

Flatten out the file structure of the plugin, everything is in the clipabit folder except for the file clipabit.py which is the renamed version of the shim (the file that you click on when in the actual editor, everything else is hidden behind the scenes). Also changed the copy script in the watchdog and other path-dependent stuff like the CI file.
