Installer Pre-Release 1.4

• Removed hundreds of lines of garbage unused code
• Organized all the assets into folders
• Recoded all the app C# logic (SOOOOOO much better)
• Implemented an update system that works correctly and pulls from GitHub
• Refactored all the App XAML code
• Separated components into styled groups
• Created Custom Dialogue Boxes
• Refactored the animation code
• Tidied up properties, manifest, and config files
• Added a new font that is less blurry (hopefully)
• Added a better versioning system
