Fixed issue with some characters in game titles

Known issues:
If game title differs within Playnite and PCGW -> nothing I can do here (but it will happen very rarely)

Local Multiplayer tagging

This release adds tags if a game is local multiplayer compatible, as well as tags for the mode (e.g. versus) and the player count (e.g. 4).
