… a orthogonal set of DFT harmonics adapted to the frequency span of the input timeseries. This removes the previous arbitrary frequency limit of 0.005-1Hz, and the oversampling of frequency domain. Some amplitude re-scaling is still necessary because gapped-data is over-sampled by a full a complete DFT harmonic.

Provide a more formal implementation of the spectral interpolation method. Fix some technical imperfections.
