added custom login page, logout icon, fixed some linter errors
this adds the ability to allowlist specific users, this way only allowed users can access the system
enables admins to manipulate the allowlist

adds user roles (USER, ADMIN) and admin routes for allowlist manipulation. adds allowlist to only allow specific users entry to system. navigation drawer on mobile for easier app nav, fixed responsive issues
