Comments: Target audience is general population / representative sample, with targeted outreach and in-person community workshops and TA prioritized for traditionally marginalized / hard-to-reach communities. General population may be reached via online distribution, following community workshops. UX and onboarding materials should be designed with broad audience and tech comfort levels in-mind.
