This PR propagates the changes from the uscms-idap-training repo, part of the IRIS-HEP training event co-organized with the USCMS annual meeting. Largely the notebooks are updated to be made CalVer coffea compatible, with some hooks for switching between delayed and non-delayed modes where possible. The notebooks have some renaming/reorganization, and the numba processor is spun out as an 'advanced' topic.
