- Add extraHeaders field to MetabaseConfig; env vars with prefix METABASE_HEADER_* are collected at startup, underscores converted to hyphens, and applied to every outgoing axios request - Add vitest with 55 tests covering config loading, tool-filter parsing, MetabaseClient constructor/auth/API methods
