CI in good shape, all passes on first run

only cypress mobile:

  • writer/annotation_spec.js
    and unit tests w/o cypress
    failed

Only multi sheet_operations_spec.js failed this time.
Last week desktop cypress: Success rate: 60% Failed: 24/60

Mobile impress/apply_font_text_spec.js
Desktop impress/apply_paragraph_props_text_spec.js
Last week desktop cypress: Success rate: 46% 51/96

All cypress tests passed again, only C++ unit-save-torture failed
