Unofficial alpha version of the library

First (unofficial) alpha version, although it is still pending review.

Known issues:

• getRel PropertyMap assumes geo_name is the only missing target category; beta needs to be more flexible
• Flat file included in inst/extdata used for acronyms
• Results currently only given in English
