Adds the open-source MIT-licensed sample of the Septim Agents Pack under Development & Code Tools.
The sample is one of the 10 sub-agents from the full pack — Pip the intern — released as a free reference so anyone can see the exact Claude Code sub-agent format (named, scoped, with refusal conditions) before deciding whether to buy the full pack.
This is separate from the existing Septim Agents Pack entry (which links to the paid landing).
