Adds a llms.txt file at the site root following the llms.txt standard. Provides AI tools with a structured overview of the documentation site content, organized by the four Diátaxis sections.

Purpose

Add a llms.txt file at the site root following the llms.txt standard (llmstxt.org). This gives AI assistants a structured overview of the documentation content when they crawl or reference the site.

Changes

Added public/llms.txt with a description of Concordium and links to key pages in each of the four documentation sections.
