* fix(workflows): ensure dependent repos can access test scripts * fix: use master ref instead of github.workflow_sha for script download github.workflow_sha resolves to the caller's commit SHA in nested reusable workflow chains (caller → pr-test.yml → test-target.yml), not the integrations-core commit where the scripts live. This caused 404s when curling from raw.githubusercontent.com. Use the master branch directly since all affected non-core repos pin to @master. Repos pinned to older SHAs use the pre-#22420 workflow and are unaffected by this change.
