Added a Tool where u can Generate Valid IBANs.
I created this because I used another tool for it. And now, just said. No, I want this in the IT-Tools and added it.
Pls Check all my Code and give me improvements. First time using Vue.
Haven't done any Language for any of the texts that are on the Site. I didn't know how to do it.
