Description
Spacy currently has compatibility issues with numpy 2.0.0+. As one temporary solution, spacy is now optional, and is no longer installed with base convokit. It can instead of installed optionally with "pip install convokit[spacy]". Some features, specifically TextParser, still require spacy to be installed, and will not work without it.
