This is the backend of cyrel.
It is a Quarkus API written in Kotlin.
It based on quarkus-annotations, a library written especially for this project to generate sql request.
To fetch school information, it uses cyrel-sync, a module that get data from the university environment (Celcat) (not the admin API).
Other information are provided by users.
