Implements number-partitioning heuristics: Karmarkar-Karp, repeated random, hill climbing, simulated annealing, and their “partitioned” variants. Uses a CLI that runs any choice against a list of inputs. Analytical outputs for each algorithm are captured under the accompanying *_results.txt files for comparison of residues and runtimes.
