SRB2 Switch v2.2.14 r2

NOTE: 2.2.14 has been removed upstream, consider using 2.2.15 instead.

Make enabling auto resolution immediately trigger update
Fix broken resolutions and add new ones to better match PC 2.2.14.
Fix log sometimes being incomplete on exit/crash.

Only NRO download is required if you installed 2.2.14
