Software door lock added, when doorOpen or doorOperate is called first check to see if the door is locked, do not open or operate if locked
New webhooks added to enable or disable the lock (default is locked)
New entry in config.js.sample to enable the lock feature or not (default is not enabled)
README.md updated to fix architecture image, and to add lock and unlock event names to ifttt description
