Editable Heuristics

Makes the existing HeuristicDetails component used to display heuristicinfo be an actual form similar to the ServiceDetails component.

• If the user is an admin, they see an editable input box. If the data is different than the default value, a reset button, and a save button is shown.
• Non-admin users see a read-only input box.
• The input boxes update the form data, which can be used to save heuristic information.

Should this feature stay under the existing Heuristics tab (in the Management category), or should it have its own dedicated section/page?

The server-side API for saving heuristics is not yet implemented—I'll be working on that next.

Nice feature! We are currently in the final stretch of releasing AL 4.6 which will include several new components that could be useful for your feature. I will review this frontend feature afterward!
