Following the discussion on Discord, here is the announced PR.
This PR adds a new command RESERVE_NOESTOP to EXRAIL.
RESERVE_NOESTOP allows reserving a block without forcibly stopping the task’s active locomotive if the block to be reserved is already occupied.
The existing RESERVE behavior remains unchanged.
