Declad for declaration of output from merging jobs

The declad using for declaring to MetaCat and Rucio the output of merging jobs has the following details:

Machine: dunedecladgpvm02.fnal.gov

Account: dunepro

Directory with run.sh, start.sh, stop.sh shell scripts and configuration file (config.yaml):

/exp/dune/app/home/dunepro/2x2_Minerva/declad_merging

The log file directory : /exp/dune/app/home/dunepro/2x2_Minerva/declad_merging/logs

The dropbox location: /pnfs/dune/scratch/dunepro/dropbox/merging/

Note: declad is currently configured to process *.root files only
