I greatly admire your work here and while I was trying to cherrypick what I wanted to use, I quickly found myself in dependency hell. Then I found out about this amazing package called mkinit (pip install mkinit). cd to the top folder before the actual folder containing the repo and then use: mkinit <your-package-here> --recursive Paste all of the dependencies in the __init__.py of the first layer of cd <your-package-here> and presto, no more headaches. I hope this will help someone.
